Agnew Counselling and Psychotherapy offers a warm, empathic, safe, confidential and professional environment in which to explore what is troubling you.
Many people come to counselling and psychotherapy to explore issues like relationships, depression, anxiety, anger, suicide, trauma, bereavement, grief, loss, sexual abuse, eating disorders, emotional crisis, work stress, bullying, self- esteem and personal growth. The experience of being listened to, together with being able to put into words what is troubling you, can itself give relief and be healing. What you would like to get from the counselling and psychotherapy sessions is discussed and agreed. It is your choice to explore what you wish.
